Daniel Peterson is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for Endocrinology. He brings a wealth of experience from various healthcare settings, including emergency medicine, internal medicine, and military healthcare environments.
Daniel holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier School of Nursing in Kentucky. He completed his undergraduate degree at both Utah State University and later Weber State University.
Daniel’s professional background is marked by his service in the United States Air Force, where he served on active duty for the early portion of his career. Following his military service, Daniel excelled in the Emergency Department where he actively participated in critical patient care scenarios, ensuring he is well equipped to handle a wide range of medical emergencies. His commitment to healthcare extends beyond his professional roles. Daniel has volunteered as a firefighter/EMT and served on a FEMA deployment as part of a COVID relief mission in Los Angeles, CA, providing vital support to overwhelmed hospitals during the pandemic.
Daniel met his wife Natalie while they were both attending Utah State University, and together they have 4 children. Daniel has a hobby wood shop in his garage that is allowed to exist as long as it does not infringe upon the family minivan’s parking spot. He is also an avid reader and loves all things Science Fiction.
